Colton Joseph is an American college football quarterback currently playing for the Wisconsin Badgers, having transferred from the Old Dominion Monarchs. A product of Newport Harbor High School in Newport Beach, California, Joseph redshirted his freshman year at Old Dominion before emerging as a dynamic dual-threat quarterback. In the 2024 season, he showcased his versatility, throwing for 1,627 yards and 11 touchdowns while rushing for 647 yards and 11 scores across nine games. His breakout came in 2025, when he amassed 2,624 passing yards, 21 passing touchdowns, 1,007 rushing yards, and 13 rushing touchdowns, leading the Monarchs to a 9–3 record and a berth in the 2025 Cure Bowl. However, on December 9, 2025, he entered the transfer portal and skipped the bowl game, officially joining the Wisconsin Badgers on January 4, 2026.
