Deyverson Brum Silva (born 8 May 1991), known simply as Deyverson, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for LDU Quito. After starting his career with Brazilian minnows Grêmio Mangaratibense in 2011, he moved to Europe, playing for Benfica, Belenenses, and a loan spell at 1. FC Köln before establishing himself in Spain with Levante and Alavés—where he scored in Alavés' historic 2-1 win over Barcelona at the Camp Nou in 2016. He returned to his homeland in 2017 to join Palmeiras, helping the club lift the 2018 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A trophy. His most iconic moment came on 27 November 2021, when he scored the dramatic extra-time winner against Flamengo in the Copa Libertadores Final, earning Man of the Match honors. After subsequent stints at Cuiabá and Atlético Mineiro (joined in August 2024), he later moved to LDU Quito, capping off a career defined by a journey across multiple leagues and a legendary continental final goal.
