Draymond Green (born March 4, 1990) is a professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors, primarily playing as a power forward. He has won four NBA championships (2015, 2017, 2018, 2022), earned four All-Star selections, and was named the NBA Defensive Player of the Year in 2017, while also capturing two Olympic gold medals. Before his NBA career, he starred at Michigan State, where he was the NABC National Player of the Year as a senior, and he was drafted 35th overall in the 2012 NBA draft. Green is celebrated as one of the greatest defensive players of his era, excelling in the Warriors' "Death Lineup" as an undersized center capable of guarding multiple positions and making plays for teammates. However, his aggressive and sometimes unsportsmanlike conduct has drawn criticism, with him holding the second-most career ejections in NBA history, behind only Rasheed Wallace.
