Troy Daniel Parrott (born 4 February 2002 in Dublin) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a striker for La Liga club Real Betis and the Republic of Ireland national team. He began his career at Tottenham Hotspur, making his professional debut in 2019, but spent several loan spells at Millwall, Ipswich Town, Milton Keynes Dons, and Preston North End before leaving permanently. A standout loan at Dutch club Excelsior Rotterdam in 2023–24 saw him net 17 goals, including two hat-tricks in the relegation play-offs, though he couldn't prevent the club's demotion. In July 2024, he signed for AZ Alkmaar for a reported £6.7 million, making an immediate impact with four goals in a 9–1 thrashing of Heerenveen and earning the Eredivisie Player of the Month award for December 2024. He opened the scoring in the 2025 KNVB Cup final (lost on penalties) and, despite a knee injury in August 2025, returned to score 10 goals in his first 7 appearances of the 2025–26 season.
