Tank Dell (born October 29, 1999) is a wide receiver for the Houston Texans, known for his explosive playmaking after a standout college career at the University of Houston, where he recorded 100 catches for 1,398 yards and 17 touchdowns in 2022. Drafted in the third round (69th overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft, he had a promising rookie season with 47 catches for 709 yards and seven touchdowns before a fractured fibula ended his year early. In 2024, he showed flashes of brilliance, including a 126-yard game against the Jets, but suffered a severe season-ending knee injury in Week 16 against the Kansas City Chiefs—a dislocated knee with multiple torn ligaments—which is expected to sideline him for the entire 2025 season. Off the field, Dell sustained minor injuries from a shooting in Sanford, Florida, on April 27, 2024, and was released from the hospital the next day.
