Matthew "Matty Ice" Ryan (born 1985) is a highly accomplished American football executive and former quarterback, currently serving as the President of Football for the Atlanta Falcons. During his 15-season NFL playing career, primarily with the Falcons, he ranked among the league's all-time top 10 in passing yards, touchdowns, and completions.

After a distinguished college career at Boston College, where he won the Manning and Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Awards in 2007, Ryan was drafted third overall by the Falcons in 2008 and immediately earned Offensive Rookie of the Year honors. He led Atlanta to six playoff appearances, four Pro Bowls, and a remarkable 2016 season where he was named NFL MVP and guided the team to Super Bowl LI. Following a final season with the Indianapolis Colts and a brief period as an analyst, Ryan transitioned to his executive role with the Falcons in January 2026.
