Novak Djokovic (born 22 May 1987) is a Serbian professional tennis player widely considered one of the greatest of all time, holding an unprecedented 24 Grand Slam singles titles, including a record 10 Australian Opens, and a record 428 weeks as world No. 1. He is uniquely the only man to achieve a triple Career Grand Slam, complete a Career Golden Masters twice, and has held all four major titles simultaneously across three different surfaces, cementing his status as the only player to win all "Big Titles."

After his breakthrough 2008 Australian Open win, Djokovic established himself as a dominant force, notably achieving his first Career Grand Slam with the 2016 French Open as part of a highly successful period. Despite challenges like a 2017 elbow injury and the 2022 COVID-19 vaccine controversy that forced him to miss major tournaments, he mounted a powerful comeback. This included securing his all-time major record by winning the 2023 Australian Open and achieving a career sweep of the Big Titles in 2024, culminating with an Olympic gold medal at the Paris Games.

Beyond the court, Djokovic led Serbia to its first Davis Cup title in 2010 and co-founded the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA) in 2020 to advocate for player welfare and prize money. He is also a dedicated philanthropist through his Novak Djokovic Foundation and a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador since 2015.
