Jaydon Blue, born January 8, 2004, is an exciting American professional football running back for the Dallas Cowboys, selected in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft. A formidable talent in high school, he rushed for over 2,100 yards and 30 touchdowns as a junior at Klein Cain before committing to the Texas Longhorns as a four-star recruit. During his college career at Texas, Blue demonstrated his versatility, notably achieving a career-high 121 rushing yards against Texas Tech and contributing significantly in the 2024 Sugar Bowl with impressive rushing, receiving, and kick return yardage, including a touchdown. After being drafted 149th overall and signing a four-year, $4.63 million rookie contract, Blue made his NFL debut with the Cowboys in Week 5.
