Cedric De'Von Coward, born September 11, 2003, is an American professional basketball player who recently joined the Memphis Grizzlies of the NBA. His impressive college journey began at Division III Willamette University, where he was named Freshman of the Year for his standout performance. Coward then elevated his game at Eastern Washington University, earning first-team All-Big Sky honors, and later at Washington State, where he was the leading scorer before a season-ending shoulder injury. Declaring for the 2025 NBA draft, he notably decided against playing for Duke to remain in the draft pool. Coward was ultimately selected 11th overall by the Portland Trail Blazers and subsequently traded to the Memphis Grizzlies, signing with them on July 8.
