Brandon Garrison, born March 31, 2004, is an American college basketball player currently for the Kentucky Wildcats, having previously played for the Oklahoma State Cowboys. A standout during his high school career at Del City in Oklahoma, he was named Oklahoma Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior, leading his team to a state championship and earning a coveted spot in the 2023 McDonald's All-American Boys Game. As a highly-rated four-star recruit, Garrison initially committed to play college basketball for Oklahoma State.

During his freshman season with the Cowboys, Garrison quickly became the starting center four games in, averaging 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game. Following the conclusion of his freshman year and a coaching change, he entered the NCAA transfer portal, ultimately choosing to continue his collegiate career with the Kentucky Wildcats.
