The Center for Health and the Global Environment (Harvard C-CHANGE) is a research and education center at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Founded in 1996, C-CHANGE aims to foster understanding of the interdependence between human health and environmental preservation.

C-CHANGE's mission involves conducting research, informing policy, convening experts, educating leaders, and empowering stakeholders. Through these initiatives, the center seeks to promote knowledge translation, policy development, strategy advancement, and decisive action to protect both human health and the environment. In May 2018, C-CHANGE launched the Center for Climate, Health, and the Global Environment (Harvard Chan C-CHANGE), focusing on the intersection of climate change and public health. The center currently offers several programs addressing topics such as climate, energy, corporate sustainability, sustainable food, and sustainable tourism. Notable individuals recognized by C-CHANGE include Gina McCarthy, former EPA Administrator, and Dr. Aaron Bernstein, the current director of the center.
