Masami Odate (born May 8, 1990) is a Japanese professional wrestler currently performing in WWE as Iyo Sky, where she is a former WWE Women's Champion, Women's World Champion, and three-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion. Before WWE, she was known as Io Shirai and became the "ace" of World Wonder Ring Stardom, winning multiple titles and becoming the company's first Grand Slam Champion, while also earning the Tokyo Sports Joshi Puroresu Grand Prize in 2015, 2016, and 2017. She debuted in 2007 alongside her sister Mio, and after joining WWE in 2018, she won the NXT Women's Championship before moving to the main roster in 2022 as part of Bayley's Damage CTRL stable. In 2023, she won the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match and the WWE Women's Championship at SummerSlam, and in March 2025 she captured the Women's World Championship. This achievement made her the tenth WWE Women's Triple Crown Champion and seventh Grand Slam Champion, as well as the first Japanese wrestler ever to become a Grand Slam Champion in both Japan and the United States.
