V/H/S/Halloween is a 2025 American found footage horror anthology film and the eighth installment in the V/H/S franchise, serving as the sequel to V/H/S/Beyond. Directed by a team including Bryan M. Ferguson, Anna Zlokovic, and Paco Plaza, the film premiered at Fantastic Fest on September 19, 2025, and was released on Shudder on October 3, 2025. The anthology is framed by a narrative about a 1982 soda called "Diet Phantasma," which is secretly made from poltergeist extract and causes horrific, gory deaths for its test subjects. One standout segment, "Coochie Coochie Coo," follows two teenage girls who are trapped by a ghostly "Mommy" who converts her victims into infantile children. Another segment, "Ut Supra Sic Infra," investigates a Halloween party massacre in Madrid where all the victims' eyeballs were surgically removed. A sequel, V/H/S/Mixtape, is already scheduled for release on October 9, 2026.
