Cavan Sullivan (born September 28, 2009) is a professional soccer midfielder for the Philadelphia Union, who made history in July 2024 by becoming the youngest player to ever debut in a major U.S. or Canadian professional sports league, breaking Freddy Adu's record at just 14 years and 293 days old. After joining the Union's academy in 2020, he signed the most expensive homegrown contract in MLS history in May 2024, which includes a clause to transfer to Manchester City when he turns 18. The Philadelphia-born star, who is of German-Bangladeshi descent, helped the Union win their second-ever Supporters' Shield in 2025 and scored his first professional goals in 2026.
