Jerral Wayne Jones Jr. (born September 27, 1969) is the chief sales and marketing officer and executive vice president of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, the team owned by his father, Jerry Jones. He previously served as president and general manager of the Dallas Desperados, which was founded in 2001 in the Arena Football League, and now leads the Cowboys' commercial initiatives. A native of Arkansas, Jones Jr. was inducted into the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame in 2019 for his contributions to Little Rock Catholic. In his personal life, he is the younger brother of Cowboys executives Stephen Jones and Charlotte Jones Anderson, and he has a daughter, Juliette Turner-Jones, from a 1990s relationship with actress Janine Turner; he married Lori Lemon in 2006 and has two children with her. In October 2024, he was involved in a car accident near Levi's Stadium caused by a rising barricade, sustaining a concussion but is reported to be recovering.
