Malik Muhammad (born September 14, 2004) is an American professional football cornerback for the Chicago Bears of the NFL. A Dallas native from the Oak Cliff neighborhood, he starred at South Oak Cliff High School before playing college football for the Texas Longhorns. He made an immediate impact as a true freshman, scoring a touchdown by recovering a blocked punt against Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry, and later earned All-SEC honors and a spot on the Jim Thorpe Award watchlist during his junior season. Forgoing his final year of eligibility, he was selected by the Bears in the fourth round with the 124th overall pick of the 2026 NFL draft. He subsequently signed a four-year rookie contract worth $5.48 million in May.
