Kirk Cousins

Kirk Cousins (born August 19, 1988) is an American football quarterback currently playing for the Las Vegas Raiders, having previously starred for the Washington Redskins, Minnesota Vikings, and Atlanta Falcons. After a standout college career at Michigan State, he was drafted by Washington in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL draft as insurance behind star Robert Griffin III. He took over as starter in 2015, led the team to a division title, and earned a Pro Bowl nod before being saddled with consecutive franchise tags. In 2018, he signed a historic, fully guaranteed $84 million contract with the Minnesota Vikings, where he earned three more Pro Bowl selections and now ranks third in franchise passing yards. Now with the Raiders, Cousins ranks sixth all-time in NFL completion percentage and 11th in career passer rating among players with at least 1,500 pass attempts.
