Óscar Perea

Óscar Perea, born on 27 September 2005, is a Colombian professional winger currently playing for Liga MX club Club América, following his move there in July 2026. Despite his father dying when he was just five months old, he rose through local academies and made his professional debut with Atlético Nacional in 2022. His talent was spotlighted that year when The Guardian named him one of the best players born in 2005 worldwide. In July 2024, he moved to Europe to join Ligue 1's Strasbourg for €5.2 million, followed by a loan to Portugal's AVS in September 2025. Internationally, he helped Colombia's U20 team claim third place at the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
