The 2015 Arkansas Razorbacks football team, led by head coach Bret Bielema, finished with an 8–5 record (5–3 in SEC play) and tied for third in the SEC West. The season was a rollercoaster: after early upsets to heavy underdog Toledo and Texas Tech, the team ripped off dramatic wins including a four-overtime thriller over Auburn, a wild overtime upset at #19 Ole Miss sealed by a 4th-and-25 lateral, and a dominant 31–14 rout of #9 LSU. After bouncing back from a loss to Mississippi State, they beat Missouri and capped the year by defeating Kansas State 45–23 in the Liberty Bowl on January 2, marking the program's first back-to-back bowl wins in consecutive seasons. Running back Alex Collins was the bowl MVP, finishing with 1,577 rushing yards and a school-record 20 touchdowns, while joining SEC legends like Herschel Walker as one of only three players to rush for 1,000 yards in each of his first three seasons. Tight end Hunter Henry won the John Mackey Award as the nation's best tight end and earned consensus All-American honors, while offensive guard Sebastian Tretola also collected All-American recognition.
