Gio Reyna (born November 13, 2002, in Sunderland, England) is an American professional soccer player who currently plays as an attacking midfielder for Ligue 1 club Strasbourg and the US national team. The son of US soccer legends Claudio and Danielle Reyna, he burst onto the scene at Borussia Dortmund, where he became the youngest scorer in German Cup history at age 17 and, in 2020, the youngest Bundesliga player ever to record a hat-trick of assists. He helped Dortmund win the 2020–21 DFB-Pokal and was a finalist for the 2021 Kopa Trophy before moving to Borussia Mönchengladbach in August 2025. On the international stage, he debuted for the senior US team in November 2020 and has won the CONCACAF Nations League in 2021, 2023, and 2024, being named the tournament's best player in 2024. He also earned the U.S. Soccer Young Male Player of the Year award in 2020.
