D'Andre Swift (born January 14, 1999) is an American professional football running back currently playing for the Chicago Bears of the NFL. After a standout college career at the University of Georgia—where he rushed for over 1,200 yards as a junior—Swift was selected by the Detroit Lions in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft. During his rookie season, he made history by becoming the first Lions rookie running back since Barry Sanders (1989) to rush for 100-plus yards and score two touchdowns in a single game. In April 2023, he was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles, where he earned his first Pro Bowl selection in the 2023 season. He then signed with the Bears in 2024, continuing his career after several productive seasons as a dual-threat back.
