Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, a Saudi Arabian winger born on 21 September 2001, currently plays for Al-Ittihad and the Saudi Arabia national team—though he grew up in Vancouver, Canada, after his family moved there when he was an infant. After playing for local clubs like Blaise Soccer Elite Academy and Rino's Vancouver SC, he made his professional debut for Pacific FC in the Canadian Premier League in 2019 before signing with Saudi Pro League side Al-Ettifaq in January 2020. Following a successful loan to Al-Ittihad in early 2024 (scoring 2 goals in 15 appearances), he joined the club permanently that summer and later went on loan to Neom in early 2025.
