Anhelina Kalinina (born 7 February 1997) is a Ukrainian professional tennis player who reached a career-high singles ranking of No. 25 in May 2023. She first made her mark as a junior by winning the 2014 Australian Open girls' doubles title and reaching the US Open junior final. On the pro tour, she broke through in 2021 by defeating three-time major champion Angelique Kerber at the French Open and reaching the Budapest final, before beating world No. 5 Maria Sakkari in 2022 to become the top-ranked Ukrainian player. Her standout 2023 season included upsetting Petra Kvitová at the Australian Open and reaching the semifinals of the Italian Open, a WTA 1000 event. Throughout her career, she has claimed four WTA Challenger singles titles and 15 ITF singles titles, all while rising from a sporting family that moved to Kyiv in 2008.
