Aujas Cybersecurity, formerly known as Aujas Networks, is an Indian cybersecurity firm with a significant international footprint, operating in the United States, South Asia, the Middle East, and Canada. The company specializes in integrated risk management (IRM) services, which encompass strategic advisory, control integration and sustenance, and optimization. Its comprehensive service portfolio includes key areas such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Risk Advisory, Security Verification, Security Engineering, managed detection and response (MDR), and Cloud Security Services. Aujas maintains offices in major cities across India (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram), the US (Dallas, New Jersey, Cupertino), Canada (Ottawa), and the Middle East (Sharjah, UAE; Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

The company was founded in 2008 by a trio of experienced professionals: M Srinivas Rao, Sameer Shelke, and Navin Kotian. Aujas was initially incubated by IDG Ventures as part of its Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program, also receiving crucial seed funding from the venture capital firm. The co-founders brought extensive industry experience to the venture; Srinivas Rao had been a director at Cisco, Shelke held a director role at Fidelity Investments, and Kotian served as Country Business Manager at IBM Global Services prior to establishing Aujas.

Aujas Cybersecurity successfully secured early-stage funding, receiving $3 million from IDG Ventures India in 2008. This was followed by an undisclosed Series B funding round in 2013, led by a consortium of venture capital investors including Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund, IvyCap Ventures, and IDG Ventures India. The capital raised from this Series B round was strategically allocated to invest in technological advancements and to bolster the company's market presence across North America, South Asia, and the Middle East.

A significant development in Aujas's history occurred in 2019 when NSEIT Limited, a global technology company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India, acquired Aujas Cybersecurity. This acquisition integrated Aujas into NSEIT's portfolio, enhancing its digital capabilities. More recently, in 2024, the parent company, NSEIT, underwent a rebranding, becoming known as NuSummit.
