Brian Fleury is an American football coach who was hired as the offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks on February 19, 2026, after serving as the tight ends coach for the San Francisco 49ers from 2022 to 2025. A former walk-on quarterback at Maryland and Towson, Fleury began his coaching career in 2003 and climbed the ranks through college and NFL assistant roles with the Bills, Browns, and Dolphins. Joining the 49ers in 2019 under head coach Kyle Shanahan, he helped the team reach Super Bowl LIV and was promoted to tight ends coach in 2022, where he mentored All-Pro George Kittle. In 2024, he was a candidate for the New England Patriots' offensive coordinator position, but he ultimately took the Seahawks' OC job under Mike Macdonald, replacing Klint Kubiak who departed to become the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. His early life also included leading Seneca Valley High School to an undefeated state championship season as a senior, throwing for 2,025 yards and 26 touchdowns.
