Bhayshul Tuten

Bhayshul Tuten (born February 14, 2003) is a professional American football running back and kickoff returner for the Jacksonville Jaguars, who selected him in the fourth round (104th overall) of the 2025 NFL draft. Raised in Paulsboro, New Jersey, he was a standout at Paulsboro High School, earning South Jersey Times Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2020 after amassing 3,768 rushing yards and 77 touchdowns in his prep career. In college, he played for North Carolina A&T (rushing for 1,363 yards and 13 touchdowns as a sophomore) before transferring to Virginia Tech, where he started all 13 games in 2023 and returned as the starting running back in 2024. His rookie season with Jacksonville was interrupted on December 15, 2025, when he was ruled out for multiple weeks after undergoing surgery to repair a finger injury suffered in a Week 15 game against the New York Jets. Known for his dual-threat versatility as both a rusher and returner, Tuten brings explosive playmaking potential to the Jaguars' backfield and special teams units.
