Andi Osho (born 27 January 1973) is a versatile British actress, writer, and former stand-up comedian, born in East London to Nigerian parents. After winning the 2007 Nivea Funny Women award, she became a familiar face on TV, co-presenting Channel 4's Supershoppers and winning two episodes of Celebrity Mastermind. Her acting credits include Holby City, Death in Paradise, and a standout role as murder victim Gail Vella in the 2021 series of Line of Duty, alongside appearances as social worker Emma Glover in the films Lights Out and Shazam!. She is also a playwright and published her debut novel, Asking for a Friend, in 2021. Her diverse career has even seen her dance for Let's Dance for Comic Relief and perform at major comedy festivals across the UK.
