Bryson Eldridge is an American professional baseball player for the San Francisco Giants, serving as a designated hitter and first baseman after making his MLB debut in 2025. Drafted 16th overall in 2023 as the top two-way prospect, he won the 2023 Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year award before signing with the Giants for $4 million. He gave up pitching in 2024 to focus on first base, hitting .292 with 23 home runs across the minor leagues. After a wrist injury delayed his 2025 start, he debuted in September at age 20—becoming the third-youngest Giant to do so—but struggled, hitting just .107 before requiring wrist surgery.
