Molly Qerim (born March 31, 1984) is an American television personality best known as the long-time host of ESPN's First Take, a role she held from 2015 until the end of 2025. Before that, she built a strong resume at CBS Sports and the NFL Network, won an Emmy for her work on Fantasy Football Now, and covered major events like the Super Bowl and NBA draft. In September 2025, she announced she was leaving ESPN after declining a contract extension, with Stephen A. Smith later describing her departure as an "abrupt resignation." She has since moved on to a new chapter, announced in January 2026 that she will host broadcasts for the Zuffa Boxing promotion on Paramount+, alongside former First Take co-host Max Kellerman. In her personal life, Qerim, a Connecticut native, married fellow ESPN host Jalen Rose in 2018 (they divorced in 2021) and has been a vocal advocate for awareness of severe endometriosis since 2018.
