Jonathan Kléver Caicedo Cepeda (born April 28, 1993, in Carchi, Ecuador) is a professional road cyclist who currently rides for the Chinese Continental team Wheeltop Rotor Chengdu Team since 2026. He began his career at age 15 and turned professional at 20, but his international breakthrough came in 2018 when he finished second in the Vuelta a Asturias behind his compatriot Richard Carapaz and made history by becoming the first Ecuadorian to win the Vuelta a Colombia. His most celebrated victory occurred on October 5, 2020, when he won a stage of the Giro d'Italia, a landmark moment for Ecuadorian cycling. Over his career, he has accumulated numerous national titles in both the time trial and road race, as well as the Pan American Road Championship in 2016 and the Vuelta al Táchira in 2024. After spending several seasons with the WorldTour team EF Education-EasyPost (2019-2023), he continues to add wins, including the Vuelta al Lago Qinghai in 2026.
