Nadia Ferreira (born 10 May 1999) is a Paraguayan model who made history at Miss Universe 2021 by finishing as the first runner-up—the highest placement ever achieved by a Paraguayan contestant. Overcoming a severe childhood battle with Susac's syndrome, which temporarily left her blind, deaf, and partially paralyzed, she began modeling at age 13 and later walked at New York Fashion Week, signing with Wilhelmina Models in 2018. After the pageant, she expanded her career with international runway shows, magazine covers (including Harper's Bazaar and Glamour), and launched her own fragrance. She also serves as an ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme and supports children's health initiatives. In January 2023, she married singer Marc Anthony.
