Weather Wizard (Mark Mardon) is a DC Comics supervillain created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino, debuting in The Flash #110 in December 1959. He stole weather-control notes from his scientist brother Clyde (whom he may have murdered) to build a wand that lets him command lightning, tornadoes, and fog, though Inertia later removed his mental blocks so he could control weather without it. A core member of the Rogues, he has clashed with multiple Flashes, including teaming up with Captain Cold in Underworld Unleashed and discovering he has a son, Josh, whom he once tried to dissect to gain innate powers. In Final Crisis: Rogues' Revenge, he and the Rogues killed the Flash (Bart Allen), only to be horrified to learn he was a child, and later rejected villainy to hunt down Inertia. In The New 52 reboot, he was reimagined as Latino crime lord Marco Mardon. The character has also appeared in live-action, played by Jeff Altman in Legends of the Superheroes (1979) and Liam McIntyre in the TV series The Flash.
