QQQ is an Australian television station serving remote central and eastern Australia, owned by Southern Cross Media Group, and broadcasts via satellite and terrestrial relays, including a relay in Mount Isa (ITQ) that began in 1971. The station's history includes its 1988 launch, a December 1998 aggregation with Imparja Television, and a switch from Network Ten to the Seven Network in February 1999, becoming known as "Seven Central." After ownership changes through Telecasters Australia and Southern Cross Broadcasting, it launched digital services in 2010 via the VAST satellite platform, with digital terrestrial transmissions rolling out from 2011 to 2013. The station previously produced local news bulletins until 2000, later introducing news updates in 2005. In July 2025, the sale of Southern Cross Austereo's Seven-affiliated stations to Seven West Media was finalized, marking a significant ownership transition.
