Spencer T. Kuvin (born December 3, 1969) is a Florida-based lawyer best known for representing victims of billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein. After graduating from St. Thomas University Law School in 1996, Kuvin initially defended large corporations like Quest Diagnostics before pivoting to victim advocacy, where he represented three underage girls in abuse claims against Epstein. He famously succeeded in making Epstein's controversial 2007 plea deal public and accurately predicted that Epstein would be murdered in jail following his 2019 arrest. Beyond the Epstein case, he represented Chloe Goins, one of the few Bill Cosby victims able to sue directly, and briefly handled a lawsuit against Tiger Woods before dropping it in 2019. Kuvin has also been highly critical of Prince Andrew's ties to Epstein and has stated his belief that Ghislaine Maxwell will die in prison. His career is marked by a transition from corporate defense to fighting for victims of negligence and sexual abuse.
