KTTC (channel 10) is a television station based in Rochester, Minnesota, serving Southeast Minnesota and Northern Iowa as an affiliate of NBC and The CW Plus, and is currently owned by Gray Media. Launched on July 16, 1953, as KROC-TV, it made history as the first television station in Southern Minnesota, originally owned by the Gentling family. The station adopted its current callsign in 1976 after being purchased by Quincy Newspapers, and later relocated to its present studios on Bandel Road in 2002. In a major industry shift, Gray Media acquired the station in August 2021 as part of its $925 million purchase of Quincy Media. Today, KTTC produces 28 hours of locally crafted newscasts each week, operates an Austin bureau, and broadcasts from a transmitter near the Fillmore–Mower county line.
