Magdalena Fręch

Magdalena Fręch is a Polish tennis player who achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 22 on 28 October 2024. Her standout year was 2024, when she reached the fourth round of the Australian Open, defeating 16th seed Caroline Garcia for her first top-20 win. In July 2024, she made history at the Prague Open by reaching the first all-Polish WTA Tour final in the Open Era, though she ultimately lost to compatriot Magda Linette. Earlier career milestones include qualifying for her first Grand Slam main draw at the 2018 Australian Open and reaching the third round at Wimbledon in 2022. Throughout her career, she has won one WTA Tour singles title, one WTA 125 title, and multiple ITF Circuit titles, while also holding a 10–7 win-loss record for Poland in the Billie Jean King Cup.
