After a record-breaking 100 days in the house, the finale aired on November 9, 2023, where Jagateshwar "Jag" Bains won the title in a 5–2 jury vote over Matt Klotz. Jag made history as the first and only winner ever to be voted off and then saved by another player—coincidentally Matt—through an in-game competition. Additionally, Cameron Hardin was voted America's Favorite Houseguest, taking home an extra $50,000.
