Hunter Long is an American professional football tight end who most recently signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in March 2025, following earlier stints with the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Rams. A New Hampshire native, he played college football at Boston College, where he posted a standout 2020 season with 57 receptions for 685 yards and five touchdowns. Long was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the third round (81st overall) of the 2021 NFL draft. In 2023, he was traded to the Los Angeles Rams in a deal that sent cornerback Jalen Ramsey to Miami, and he scored his first NFL touchdown in December 2024 on a remarkable 22-yard blocked punt return during a 44-42 win over the Buffalo Bills. After his time with the Rams, he signed a two-year, $3 million contract with the Jaguars on March 12, 2025.
