Clark Phillips III (born December 19, 2001) is a professional football cornerback currently with the Chicago Bears, best known for his standout college career at the University of Utah, where he earned unanimous All-American honors. As a senior at La Habra High School in 2019, he was named the Orange County Register Defensive Player of the Year; he flipped his commitment from Ohio State to Utah, becoming the program's highest-rated recruit ever. He made an immediate impact as a true freshman in 2020, starting all five games and recording 25 tackles, an interception, and a touchdown. The following year, he started all 14 games, notching 63 tackles and two interceptions before entering the NFL. He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the fourth round (113th overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft, although he now plays for Chicago. On October 18, 2025, he was placed on injured reserve due to a triceps injury.
