Gabriel Jesus (born 3 April 1997) is a Brazilian forward who overcame a poor upbringing in São Paulo to become a Premier League star, currently playing for Arsenal. He began his professional career at Palmeiras, where he debuted in 2015, won the Copa do Brasil that year, and led the team to their first Brazilian league title in 22 years in 2016, earning the Bola de Ouro award. In January 2017, he joined Manchester City for £27 million, winning four Premier League titles, three EFL Cups, and an FA Cup before moving to Arsenal for £45 million in July 2022.
