The women-led lineup features Bikini Kill, the Breeders, Doechii, Chappell Roan, Garbage, and Rodrigo herself, who will be joined by special guests Karen O, Sarah McLachlan, and Stevie Nicks—with the festival directly inspired by the iconic Lilith Fair, as McLachlan was the first person Rodrigo contacted. Announced on June 22, 2026, the festival sold out its roughly 45,000 tickets in just thirty minutes on June 24, prompting partner Verizon to release additional tickets on July 9. By August 28, 2026, the festival's fund had reached $10 million, with all performers forgoing compensation to support beneficiaries like Planned Parenthood, the Center for Reproductive Rights, and the National Domestic Workers Alliance. Rodrigo also released two charity singles, "Purple (Happy Version)" and "Serena Joy," in August, while a last-minute lineup change saw Katseye replaced by Devon Again due to an injury.
