Hirving "Chucky" Lozano (born 30 July 1995) is a Mexican professional footballer who currently plays as a left winger for LA Galaxy on loan from San Diego FC. He began his career at Pachuca, where he won the 2016 Clausura title and the 2016–17 CONCACAF Champions League, scoring 44 goals in 152 appearances. In 2017, he moved to PSV Eindhoven, winning the Eredivisie in his first season, before a record-breaking €42 million transfer to Napoli in 2019 made him the most expensive Mexican player in history; he later clinched a Serie A title with them in 2023. After rejoining PSV in 2023, he now brings his talents to Major League Soccer. On the international stage, Lozano debuted for Mexico in 2016, won the 2015 CONCACAF U-20 Championship, and represented his nation at the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups, as well as the Copa América Centenario, Confederations Cup, Gold Cup, and Nations League. Known for his blistering speed and clinical finishing, he also earned the CONCACAF Champions League Golden Boot and Best Young Player award in 2017.
