Megan Park is a Canadian actress and filmmaker who first gained prominence as Grace Bowman in the ABC Family series The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008–2013). Born in Lindsay, Ontario, in 1986, she began acting at age six before shifting her focus to writing and directing. Her directorial debut, The Fallout (2021), starring Jenna Ortega, explored the psychological aftermath of a school shooting and won the Grand Jury Prize at SXSW. She followed this with the coming-of-age film My Old Ass (2024), starring Aubrey Plaza and Maisy Stella, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Beyond features, Park has directed music videos for artists like Billie Eilish and created the upcoming television series Sterling Point (2026).
