Sean Woodson (born June 7, 1992) is an American mixed martial artist competing in the UFC's Featherweight division, whose fighting journey began with his father's passion for boxing, leading to a stellar amateur career that included a Golden Gloves title and a 46-3 record. After a serious car accident at age sixteen, he moved to Matt Hughes' Hit Squad Gym, where he transitioned to MMA, eventually earning his UFC contract with a spectacular flying knee knockout on Dana White's Contender Series in 2019—despite having only five days' notice and cutting 24 pounds.
