Justin Joly (born July 9, 2004) is an American professional football tight end who was selected by the Denver Broncos in the fifth round (152nd overall) of the 2026 NFL Draft. After a prolific high school career at Iona Preparatory School in New York, he played two seasons at UConn—leading the team in receptions as a sophomore in 2023—before transferring to NC State. At NC State, he made an immediate impact, ranking fourth among FBS tight ends with a 15.4-yard average per catch in his first season, and as a senior in 2025 he tied the program record with seven touchdowns while earning first-team All-ACC honors. He capped his college career by winning Tight End MVP at the 2026 Senior Bowl. The Broncos signed him to a four-year rookie contract on May 7, 2026, bringing his journey from New Rochelle to the NFL full circle.
