Song Yadong (born December 2, 1997) is a Chinese professional mixed martial artist competing in the UFC's Bantamweight division, currently ranked #6 as of June 2025. He began training at age 13 and made a spectacular UFC debut in November 2017 in Shanghai, winning via guillotine choke and earning his first Performance of the Night bonus. Over the years, he has built a reputation as a finisher, racking up multiple Performance of the Night awards for knockouts and submissions against fighters like Felipe Arantes, Alejandro Perez, Marlon Moraes, and Ricky Simon, as well as a Fight of the Night for a decision win over Marlon Vera. However, his path to the top has included setbacks, such as losses to Kyler Phillips, Cory Sandhagen, and former champion Petr Yan, plus a majority draw with Cody Stamann. In 2025, he defeated former champion Henry Cejudo via technical decision after an eyepoke, but then lost a unanimous decision to Sean O'Malley in January 2026.
