Dark Moon: The Blood Altar is a South Korean manhwa created by Hybe in collaboration with Naver Webtoon, serialized from January 15, 2022, to August 12, 2023, spanning 70 chapters. The story follows Sooha, a girl with superhuman strength who enrolls at Decelis Academy to hide her powers, only to become entangled with a group of vampires led by Heli and a centuries-old conflict with werewolves. Notably, the characters and storyline are directly inspired by the South Korean boy band Enhypen and their music videos, particularly "Drunk-Dazed". It serves as the first installment of Hybe's larger Project Dark Moon multimedia initiative, which includes prequels, sequels, and a spin-off. An English print edition was published by Ize Press in 2023, and an anime television series adaptation by Troyca is set to air from January to March 2026.
