Damar Hamlin is an American professional football safety for the Buffalo Bills, who gained international attention after a dramatic on-field medical emergency. After playing college football at the University of Pittsburgh, he was drafted by the Bills in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL draft and became a starting safety in 2022.
