Gigi Hadid (born April 23, 1995, in Los Angeles) is a celebrated American fashion model of Palestinian-Dutch descent, who rose to fame alongside her modeling siblings Bella and Anwar. Her career began as a child model for Baby Guess, but she achieved a major breakthrough after signing with IMG Models in 2013 and making her New York Fashion Week debut in 2014. She has appeared on over 50 international Vogue covers, was named International Model of the Year by the British Fashion Council in 2016, and has been one of the world's highest-paid models since 2017, earning $20 million. Beyond the runway, she has served as a Maybelline spokesperson, starred in music videos for Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris, and briefly studied criminal psychology at The New School. In 2025, she and her sister Bella publicly welcomed a newly discovered half-sister, Aydan Nix, from their father's side.
