Rodolfo Cota

Rodolfo Cota Robles (born 3 July 1987) is a Mexican professional goalkeeper currently playing for Club América on loan, having built a distinguished career across several Liga MX clubs. He rose to prominence at Guadalajara, where he won the Liga MX title in 2017 and the 2018 CONCACAF Champions League, earning the tournament's Golden Glove award. He later captured further titles with León, including the 2020 Liga MX championship and the 2023 CONCACAF Champions League, before joining América in 2024. Internationally, Cota debuted for Mexico in 2017 and was part of the squads for the 2017 Confederations Cup and the 2022 FIFA World Cup. In a notable off-field moment, he wore a protest jersey against femicide in Mexico during a 2020 match, risking a suspension and fine.
